Viktig Information

1. You are required to pay a $100 registration fee in addition to the above prices. This fee is used for school registration fees, wire transfer charges, cost of books and other hidden costs. This fee is non-refundable for any reason.
   

2. Classes canceled in honor of local holidays are not made up. Programs can get canceled and/or changed, AmeriSpan is not responsible for these changes. AmeriSpan reserves the right to substitute comparable programs or refund tuition. AmeriSpan's liability is limited to all monies paid for the program.
   

3. If paying with a check, they need to be drawn in US dollars and made payable to: AmeriSpan
   

4. Private tutoring is available in most countries at an additional charge, just ask.
   

5. Total payment is due 4 weeks prior to the start of the program. Late payments (and/or late registration) are subject to a $35 late fee.
   

6. Repeat customer discounts are based on the cost of the language program and will not exceed $200. Excursion packages, additional homestay days, additional travel insurance and registration fees are not eligible for any discounts. You must state that you are applying for this discount when submitting your application. 
   

7. Many programs can arrange childcare for young children while you are studying. Call for prices and availability.
   

8. Most programs allow you to extend your homestay. The price varies but averages about $10-$40/day. Call for exact prices.
   

9. All prices are subject to change without notice.
   

10. Cancellations more than two weeks before the start of your program will entitle you to a full refund (less the non-refundable $100 registration fee and $35 late fee if applicable). Cancellations less than two weeks before the start of your program is subject to a penalty of 25%. Once the program begins, there are no refunds for any reason. All changes within 2 weeks of your start date are subject to a $50 penalty fee.
